Flooding puts most of Thailand underwater

We are just three weeks out from our CAT in WATER adventure, and this unsettling news comes from Thailand. Almost two thirds of the country is underwater due to the worst flooding/monsoon season in about 50 years. The floods are expected to continue wreaking havoc for up to two more months, according to news reports. Read the official story Thailand Floods 2011: Water Swamps Two-Thirds Of Country.

This won’t put off any fishing cat adventures, but it might add a little more excitement to the mix.
